Court Attendance & Conclave Meetings (Expert Witness, Building – Engineering – Town Planning)
+ Half day booking – minimum charge $3,960 Plus GST, this allows for a total investment of 4 hours of our time which includes travel to and from court /site meetings and time within the courtrooms or within conclaves.
+ Full day booking – minimum charge $7,920 Plus GST, this allows for a total investment 8 hours of our time which includes travel to and from court / site meetings and time within the courtrooms or within conclaves.
NOTE 1 Within the above rates, we have allowed, for the following;
- Review of all earlier prepared and submitted documents from our office.
- Review of all documents on file from the applicant or defendant.
- All travel or parking expenses.
This does not include any printing of documents for the case.
NOTE 2 There is a minimum increment of 4 hours’ worth of our time applied to any orders and should the original time allotment be exceeded, a further 4 hours shall be applicable to the final account. For example, if you have been quoted, invoiced and paid for 4 hours ($3,960 plus GST), and the final time required comes to 5 hours, your final account will be for a total of 8 hours ($7,920 plus GST).
NOTE 3 All cancelled/postponed/adjourned hearing dates have a 50% fee applicable should our office be notified with more than 7 days from the hearing date. Should the cancellation of the order be received by our office with less than 7 days’ notice from the hearing date a 100% fee is applicable, and no refund will be applied.
NOTE 4 All cancellations must be received via email between Monday to Friday between 7AM and 5PM.
NOTE 5 Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been made in full prior to our attendance.

- The Site inspection to be carried out within 24 hours of the payment being processed / taken (depends on access availability)
- The report will be released within 24 Hours from that date of the inspection
