We have been engaged to carry out a Pre-Purchase report on this property, on behalf of the vendor for any prospective buyers to download. 

This Report is available to be downloaded for $30 + GST 

This $30 + GST payment is a part payment only, with a further payment required if you are the final purchaser. 

The final payment is a further $230 + GST over and above this initial $30 + GST payment. 

The report cannot be relied upon unless the final payment is made in full. 

The final payment will be taken once you have exchanged contracts on this property. 

Your credit card used today will be charged for the balance payment of $230 + GST once you have exchanged contracts on this property. 

By proceeding in ordering this report, it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed with the terms & conditions associated with this report, we will not seek any further approval from yourself or your representatives to charge your credit card, and it is deemed that you grant our office permission to charge your card as noted above. 

In some cases, we may have not completed the report at the time of posting this product on our website, or we are updating the current report that we have posted within our website for sale. All reports will be released to the vendor and/or purchasers within a maximum period of 72 hours from the date and time we were on site, or from when you have chosen to download a copy of the report from our website. No refunds are applicable once you have commissioned a report, or you have chosen to download a report from our website. 

NOTE 

  1. This report will be released to you once you have ordered and paid for a copy of the report
  2. You will receive a tax invoice, and within the tax invoice, there is a hyperlink that allows you to download the report.
  3. Should you not receive a tax invoice, please check your junk/clutter/spam folder, as it is frequently found in those locations.  
  4. In some cases, reports are not complete or are being updated at the time when you are placing this order. Should your order be received and the report is not complete, the report will be fast tracked through our system and released to any purchaser who has chosen to download a copy of the report that is now on backorder, and your order is noted as a priority within our system, and we endeavour to have the report released within 24 hours or up to 2 business days from the date and time of the order being received by our office. 
  5. If you do not receive the report within this transaction, your order is within our system to be released automatically once the report is complete and uploaded to our website. 
  6. Should you choose to order a report, and the report is not available at the time of you placing your order, the report will be released to you the moment it is complete. Should you lose interest in the property or should the delay in obtaining the report alter your want or need for this report, our company will NOT offer a refund or discount against the original order as long our office releases the report within 7 business days from your online order being confirmed.
    No refunds are applicable for a report being released within 7 days from your online order. Should our office not supply you a report within 7 business days of placing your order of an existing Pre-Purchase Building & Pest or Pre-Purchase Strata Report, a 50% refund of the initial order will be refunded if requested. 
  7. Should you be the vendor or the listing agent on this property and choose to download a copy of the report, your total liability for this report is $600 + GST inclusive of this payment made today, the balance payment, pending the version of the report downloaded, will be billed against your card when it comes to our attention of this transaction 

 

  1. Should you be the vendor or the listing agent on this property and choose to download a copy of the report and be billed the balance, you are still not permitted to distribute this report to any potential purchasers, all potential purchasers are to be directed to our website where they can purchase their own copy.

If you have purchased a copy of this report and it is found that you have done so after the current sales campaign has expired, you will be billed the balance of this report without further notice, regardless of whether you are the final purchaser or not. *

If I am the vendor, listing agent, or solicitor for this property, I give permission for my card to be billed the balance of $230 + GST immediately. If I am not the vendor, listing agent, or solicitor for this property, this condition does not apply to me. *
