The Property Inspectors Fees
All the services listed below illustrate the RRP and Buy Now price.Our Buy Now price is 10% off the normal rate subject to payment being made via the website and inspection booked and carried out within 3 days of the booking being confirmed.
Full price is charged for customers with Urgent Job requirements (Inspections to be carried out on the same day or the following day of the booking being made) with the inquiry and booking made over the phone and payment of the inspection via credit card / Cash / EFT prior to the inspection or on the day of the inspection.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% gst.

All fees are built up using the hourly rate of $300 per hour gst included, for all staff consultants and contractors doing field work, back office admin, design or reporting + all travelling time to and from site is billed out at $300 per hour.
