Report Availability
Completed reports will be available for download from our website. If the report is not yet complete at
the time of your order, it may take up to 7 business days to become available. Orders placed for
incomplete reports will be on backorder and will be released to you as soon as the report is completed
and uploaded.
Free Vendor Cost Model Reports
Reports ordered under the Free Vendor Cost Model will be released within 24 hours of the first
download or within 24 hours of receiving any missing documents from the initial strata search or
additional information provided after the site inspection for building reports.
Backordered Reports
If a report is not available for instant download after your order, it is on backorder. We have a record of
your order, and you will receive the report as soon as it is completed and uploaded.
Strata Document Access
Our office reviews strata documents at the strata company’s premises or online. Delays may occur if
access is restricted or if documents are not promptly provided by strata companies or self-managed
properties. Reports will only be issued once all necessary information is received, or in accordance
with the instructions from the commissioning party.
Pre-Purchase Building Reports
Our Inspector has 24hrs to complete a report or up to 3 business days if the initial report was
purchased under a Free Vendor Report Cost Model. All reports will be released within 72hrs from the
first download of the report.
Report Completion Timeline
Reports are typically prepared and uploaded within 7 business days from the date of commissioning.
However, in special circumstances, such as self-managed properties, missing vital documents, or
ongoing building works during the inspection, this timeline may extend to 14 or 21 days.
Inspection Limitations
Inspections are subject to property access limitations on the day of inspection. These limitations align
with the responsibilities of the vendor, buyer, and inspector as outlined in our Terms and Conditions
and agreed upon by the initial commissioning party.
