Initially, each project is assumed to be a single dwelling, apartment, or single shop/commercial premise. However, it’s important to acknowledge the possibility of additional dwellings or commercial spaces within the same subject lot. In such cases, our office is fully equipped to assist and provide reports for both single and multi-dwellings or commercial premises. All findings from these inspections can be incorporated into our single and comprehensive report.
If there are unlawful or unrecognized second, third, or fourth dwellings/spaces within the subject lot, even if they are part of the same title or strata allotment, they would be considered as separate sites from the initial order to be inspected. This distinction is crucial, as it affects the scope of our inspection.

Please note that the above prices are based on the assumption of the internal floor areas are no greater than 300m2/100m2 as specified. These rates are in addition to the initial order for the primary building.
