Under the Pre-Purchase Electrical & Plumbing package, our Inspector will assess and report on the following aspects of the building.
The Electrical system, including:
- Smoke Detector
- Switchboard
- Light Fittings & Fixtures
- Exhaust Fans
- Electrical circuits and outlets
The Hydraulic (Plumbing) system, including:
- All visible plumbing defects
- Condition of fixture and fittings
- Assess and comment on the structure, integrity and condition of internal visible drainage system
- Condition of external guttering system and downpipes
