The Property Inspectors can prepare a Site Identification Survey to determine the exact boundaries of a property and whether your home, office or neighbouring properties encroach on the boundary lines.
This survey can be used if debating with neighbours in regards to boundary, fencing or building alignments. It may be useful if a neighbour is redeveloping and has “acquired” some of your property over time, which has now been incorporated into their lot. It is often also required when selling a property that has any doubt about boundaries, easements, encroachment of neighbouring properties etc.

Should further information be required, a Detailed Site Identification Survey is carried out on the property to determine the distances between the building and boundaries together with contours and timber pegging out of all internal and external corners of the boundaries.
Please request this report via the Get Quote link and we will quote the cost when the scope of the Survey is established.
